STANDARD SHIPPING
Accentuate Today, Inc. uses United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping.
Most orders are received within 5-7 business days when payment clears.
Shipping time may vary, due to the availability of merchandise in our warehouse.
You will be notified by mail of any delayed shipments.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
Standard shipping charges per address:
A flat rate of $6.00 for orders under $75. Free shipping is provided for orders $75 or more.
Signature is required for shipments over $300.00.
The United States Postal Service serves P.O. Box addresses ONLY.
Our shipping and handling charges apply to the contiguous United States ONLY.
An additional $15.95 will be added to orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
EXPRESS RUSH ORDER SHIPPING
Rush orders are (One-Day) air or ground delivery depending on destination and/or location.
A flat rate fee of $22.00; add ($3.00) for each additional item included in same shipment per address.
One business day.
No weekend delivery.
No P.O. Box or APO/FPO.
Items may be shipped using a variety of methods, both air and ground.
Signature upon delivery required for shipments over ($300.00).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in new condition in its original packaging within (7) seven business days of receiving the order for an exchange, credit or refund.
REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE PAID SHIPPING COST.
How to return your merchandise:
1. On the front of your packing slip, note the reason(s) you are returning the item and whether you want us to exchange it, credit it back to your account or give you a refund.
2. Enclose your packing slip with the item(s) and ship prepaid* and insured to: Accentuate Today, Inc. Customer Service, PO Box 334, Jersey City, New Jersey 07303.
3. If there are, any questions or you need assistance in returning merchandise, call us toll free at 888-951-9998 from 10am – 5pm EST., Monday through Friday.
